Fanshawe College’s story began in 1967. For nearly 50 years, Fanshawe has been helping people to unlock their potential and achieve success. The College attracts students from 50 countries every year and opens up a world of possibilities through more than 200 degree, diploma and certificate programs, along with apprenticeship training. Today, Fanshawe is one of Ontario’s largest colleges, offering programs to 43,000 students each year. Its campuses, located in London, Simcoe, St. Thomas, Woodstock, and now Toronto, serve close to half a million people with a promise to educate, engage, empower and excite.
Fanshawe College announced on November 26, 2021, a new partnership with ILAC International College (ILAC), one of the most awarded international schools in the world. As part of this partnership, ILAC will begin offering Fanshawe post-secondary programs in spring 2022 to international students at facilities located in downtown Toronto.
For May 2022, Fanshawe College’s Toronto Campus will temporarily be located at 920 Yonge Street, but will move permanently to 655 Bay Street starting in September 2022.

College Diploma - Hospitality - Hotel and Resort Services Management
Through this progressive, interactive program, students will prepare for a career in hotel and resort management. Students will explore and learn about all the front of house and heart of house areas of a full service hotel or resort operation including: management practices, administration, rooms division and food and beverage services. Students will gain a thorough foundation of national and international markets, exceptional guest service, industry software applications, leadership, cultural diversity and proactive management skills. Students will have the opportunity to network with industry professionals through guest speakers, hospitality events, industry related field trips and extensive work experience.
Students can apply their knowledge and gain work experience during a full-time, paid co-op semester in a local hotel or restaurant, or at hotels and resorts across Canada. Students may choose to gain a global perspective with an optional semester study abroad opportunity during their second year of studies.
College Diploma - Office Administration - Health Services
This professional, two-year Ontario College Diploma program is designed to provide students with extensive practical understanding and knowledge to perform administrative support in a wide variety of medical environments.
Expert training in computerized medical records systems, billing systems and other office equipment technology applications will be combined with analytical and multitasking strategies to facilitate scheduling, decision making, coordination and task completion. Utilizing these skills, students will be capable of overseeing a variety of medical office environments. Researching, developing, and presenting accurate medical documentation, correspondence and reports will be emphasized. The importance of professional ethics, privacy and confidentiality will be highlighted throughout the program.
