With Canada’s plan to welcome 500,000 new immigrants by 2025, GLOBE plans to be ahead of the game and establish well-trained and productive advisors so we can contribute significantly to Canada’s plan.

With this in mind and with our expansion initiatives, we’re pleased to announce that Maricar “Cai” Bernardo, has accepted the position of Director – Training and Development for GLOBE! This comes at a critical time in our organization as we continue to attract advisors across Canada and overseas and provide exceptional service for both Canadian and international students.

Already a GLOBE Education Director (GED), Cai joined GLOBE as a very experienced and well-respected education professional, having personally helped over 150 students register for college programs. Many of these students have graduated and are in the process of graduating.

Cai is also an active community leader in her hometown of Brooks, Alberta. She’s organized and led community events, bringing together people in her community.

With her role as Director of Training and Development, Cai’s experience in providing exceptional client support, her skills in leading teams, her process and organizing skills, her knowledge in the education industry, and her ability to deliver results consistently will benefit all advisors in GLOBE.
