University of Regina International Entrance Scholarship
- Awarded to international students from all nationalities on a study permit who are applying directly from high school into a direct-entry undergraduate program.
- Students must have an early-conditional admission average of 85% or higher and be enrolled in nine credit hours in the semester the award is presented.
- Scholarship amount is C$3,000.
- No separate scholarship application required; University of Regina determines scholarship receiver based on admission application.

Circle of Scholars Entrance Scholarship
- Awarded to the top three international students in three specific regions identified annually throughout the world.
- Students must be entering from high school and have a minimum admission average of 85% to a direct entry undergraduate degree program.
- Students must register and remain registered in a minimum of 9 credit hours per term to be eligible for the C$5,000 scholarship.
- To renew this scholarship for up to 3 additional years, recipients must maintain a minimum sessional GPA of 80% on a minimum of 24 credit hours.
- Students entering an undergraduate degree in a Fall Semester, will be automatically eligible for this award.

UR International Student Services assists all international students with building a strong foundation for academic success. From the moment students are accepted and throughout the entire duration of their program, the University of Regina provides personalized support and guidance in the student’s academic journey.
- Co-op: University of Regina pioneered the Co-op Work Experience Program in Western Canada and has been committed to it ever since. Students can earn while they learn – typical salaries range from $12,000-$14,000 per semester – as they sample different career choices, work environments, and locations. Students can also participate in internships, field work, practicums and professional placements.
